Location: Essex
Hours: Work patterns are flexible: typically 3 – 5 days per week, including weekends.
The Role: We seek part-time and full-time Membership Recruiters to recruit new supporters for our Wildlife Trust at pre-booked venues and at organised events and shows.
Most shows and event work is at weekends during the spring to autumn season. You will also operate year-round on both weekdays and weekends at other venues within a radius of up to approximately one hour’s travel from your home.
The role is ideal for those seeking a career or lifestyle change or looking to supplement a pension in retirement.

We welcome applications from mature, professional people who are outgoing and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. Access to your own transport is essential.
Pay: We offer various generous income options including bonuses. A self-employed/freelance option is also available with potential for significantly higher earnings.
Important note: You will be employed by the Trust’s recruitment contractor, CM Fundraising and not directly by the Wildlife Trust. CMF works closely with local Wildlife Trusts throughout the UK: CMF’s recruiters have proved incredibly successful; recruiting approximately 98,000 new members in 2007 and raising approximately £3 million for the Wildlife Trust movement.
