AGM and Members' Day at Blue House Farm

AGM 2017

The 2018 AGM and Members’ Meeting is being held at Blue House Farm on 15th September and starts at 10.30am, with registration from 9.00am.

Members are being mailed invitations with the full programme details, and an Annual Review. This year you will also receive your Membership Magazine, in a joined-up mailing.

An electronic copy of our full Report of the Consolidated Account for 2017, is attached below.

The AGM agenda and programme details are attached here. Come along and enjoy our presentations, including a keynote speech and film from BBC Wildlife Cameraman, Russell Savory.

You can pre-book a home-made 'Blue House Farm' ham or veggie lunch for £6.50 each (soft toy not included!) and collect that from our refreshment area, from 12.30pm. Either return the booking form or call our head office on 01621 862960 and one of our Administrators will take bookings and payments.

Blue House Farm is a wonderful coastal nature reserve, read our Blue House Farm update to find out more about the reserve. Enjoy a guided walk (these start from 2.00pm) and take part in our mini ‘bio-blitz’, collecting wildlife data for us so that we can create a conservation picture of your day.

Peruse a range of wildlife-related stalls, including Essex Beekeepers, Essex Bat Group, local and organic-grown produce.

Parking is free, however the ground is very uneven. In order for us to arrange adequate parking for blue badge holders, which will be closer to the marquee itself, please let us know you will be attending. Thank you.

For this and any other queries about the AGM, please don’t hesitate to contact Fiona Hearn email or call the Trust's main office on 01621 862960.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, 15th September at Blue House Farm.

Thank you for supporting the Essex Wildlife Trust.
