Illustrated Talk-Thurrock Thameside Nature Park
Jimmy Allan, warden at the nature park, will give us an historical perspective of the reserve, which is a former landfill site on the Thames estuary.

Soprano Pipistrelle Bats
Pipistrelles are the smallest European bats. They have dark red/brown fur on their backs and yellow/brown undersides. The ears, nose and wing membranes are black/brown.
