Sounds of Spring

Tune into nature this season by taking part in our sounds of spring challenge. Keep an ear out for all 12 spring sounds and tick them off as you go...

Of all the seasons, spring has to win the award for best soundscape. Close your eyes to hear busy bumblebees buzzing from flower to flower, the croak of a frowning frog or, if you’re awake early enough, the marvelous dawn chorus.

So that you can make the most of the new season, we’ve put together a checklist of spring sounds for you to tick off over the next three months. So, let’s crank up the sounds of spring and begin!

Sounds of spring:

  1. Bee buzzing
  2. Flowing water
