Places on all events must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise stated.
Places are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Essex Wildlife Trust. Essex Wildlife Trust reserves the right to cancel an event and, in these circumstances, will offer an alternative event or a full refund.
All events will run subject to a minimum number of attendees. The decision as to whether the event or activity goes ahead will be made no later than 48 hours in advance of the event or activity; you are, therefore, strongly advised to book before this time.
Events will take place in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather with suitable footwear.
In the event that Essex Wildlife Trust has to cancel an event due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity - either the day before the event or on the morning of the event using the email address or telephone number supplied on booking and will offer an alternative event or a full refund.
Data protection and privacy
The contact details supplied will only be used for administrative purposes relating to the booking. Credit card details are not stored and personal details will not be shared with third parties. We will only contact you about Essex Wildlife Trust events if you have opted in to receive this information.
