Hanningfield Reservoir Discovery Park is set in mature woodland and provides panoramic views over the 870 acre reservoir.
Hanningfield Reservoir Discovery Park is just 5 minutes from the A130 Wickford exit. There is a large free car park with adapted parking bays available. The single-story building is DDA compliant with accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.
The meeting room can be hired for a wide range of events, from meetings, to corporate events and private parties. Seating is comfortable for 40 in a theatre style, ?? in a classroom style and 25 in a boardroom style.
Includes access to WiFi, a 75 inch HD LED TV with HDMI cable for presenting from your laptop, projector and screen, flip charts and pens available.

Meeting Room Hire Terms and Conditions
- Booking enquiries will be confirmed by the Site Manager, via email. Once the Site Manager has confirmed the date, the hirer will enter into a contract with Essex Wildlife Trust for room hire.
- The named individual who made the enquiry will be the person of contract, unless stated otherwise. Any amendments to a booking must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by an email receipt from the Site Manager.
- The hirer shall pay the full room hire fee on confirmation of the booking date.
- If a confirmed hire is cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the due date of the hire, the hirer shall be liable for the full room charges. If a confirmed hire is cancelled less than 7days prior to the due date of the hire, the hirer shall also be liable for all the charges, including any catering costs that has been ordered in advance.
- In the event that Essex Wildlife Trust has to cancel due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control we will inform you at the earliest opportunity – either the day before the hire or on the morning, using the email address or telephone number supplied on the booking form. We will either offer an alternative date or a full refund.
