About the event

Join our Community Ranger for a Webinar examining the ecology of one of his favourite birds.  Kingfishers are beautiful, iridescent jewels, but they are seldom seen, except as a brief flash of electric blue as they speed over our waterways. Learn about their natural history, behaviour, conservation, and some of their equally stunning relatives in other parts of the world, as well as the pressures and challenges faced in their conservation here in Essex.
