About the event

Come along to The Naze to discover why our cliffs are so special. See some local fossils and hear all about the Naze geology with our introduction. Then head out on a group fossil hunt, we'll be on hand to help with where to look. Please bring a bag or bucket to collect your fossils in. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Most suited to children aged 6+.

You will need sturdy boots or shoes for going to the beach, as the beach access is via steps and is unsuitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The Car Park is managed by Tendring District Council, and parking charges apply.
