About the event

Join our Wilder Communities Ranger, John Attiwell, for a gentle walk down to the hide at our Tollesbury Wick Nature Reserve on the River Blackwater. Specially designed as an introductory walk for those who have always wanted to experience our nature reserves but have not yet done so, expect to encounter the last of our departing migratory birds, and perhaps some new arrivals with the advancing season. Wear warm clothes, as the reserve can feel windswept at times. Meet at the reserve entrance. Toilets are available at the Woodrolfe Road car park. No other facilities on site.

Thanks to Active Maldon this is a free event but advanced booking is essential.
