About the event

In relaxed outdoor settings, we run a number of home education groups, where children can be themselves and work together to develop social skills, and to foster a deep understanding of wildlife and a love of the natural world.  Activities may include den building, woodland crafts, using tools, and fire lighting. This group runs in blocks, and sessions occur every Monday from 15 September to 20 October.

Dates: 15, 22, 29 September, 6, 13, 20 October

This event is suitable for children aged 4-11. Please dress appropriately for the weather, as we will be outdoors for the whole session. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

❗Toilets are available at the Nature Discovery Centre. For more details about site facilities, please visit the Langdon information page – you'll find the link in the address section, just below the event title.

We have a limited number of places available for families in receipt of universal credit.  We may be able to offer free taster sessions and shorter blocks of sessions priced at £8 per week. To find out more please email our Wilder Learning Officer at the email address below.
