About the event

In this short class, you'll make one or two pieces of jewellery using glass (enamel powder) and copper blanks. 

Toni will teach you how to apply glass and fire your work in stages using a tabletop kiln, and here you will begin to learn the ancient art of enamelling. 

In this class, you'll learn to counter-enamel, sift, wet pack, and use glass decoration, such as stringer, beads and glass squares to add extra detail to your enamelled pieces. A jump ring and thong necklace will be supplied for one of your pieces so that you can wear it home with pride. Materials included.
