About the event

Basildon Mind, in partnership with Essex Wildlife Trust, are delighted to launch a new monthly guided nature walk at Langdon Nature Discovery Park

These gentle, welcoming walks are generously sponsored by c2c and are designed to support mental wellbeing through connection with nature and others. Each session is led by an experienced Wildlife Ranger, with an experienced counsellor in attendance to help create a safe, open and supportive environment.

This is a chance to slow down, enjoy the natural surroundings, and meet like-minded people who value wellbeing and time outdoors. No prior experience is needed, just an interest in nature and a willingness to take part at your own pace.

Walks take place on the fourth Saturday of every month, starting at 10am. Each session includes a 60-minute guided walk, followed by refreshments and dedicated time to chat at the Langdon Nature Discovery Centre.

The guided walk is free of charge and open to adults looking for connection, support and a relaxed outdoor experience.
