Join us at Langdon and take on our February half-term challenge and test your navigation skills. Track down the clues hidden around the nature discovery park - how many will you find? Design your own medal to celebrate your success. All equipment provided, just wrap up warm and be prepared for an energetic activity!

FAQs

🎫 Who requires a ticket?

This is a family event; all adults and children aged 5+ will require a ticket to attend.

📍Where do we meet? 

At the Nature Discovery Centre next to the car park.

🥾What should we wear? 

Most of our events are fully outdoors, and you need to come dressed for the weather.  We recommend layers (top and bottom), which can get mucky.  Wellies (with thick socks) and waterproofs are a good shout if you have them. 

🌍Where are you based? 

We are located just off the A127 near Basildon.

🚗Is there parking?  

Yes. We have a large free car park.

🚇Can we get to you on public transport? 

Yes.  We are just under 2 miles walk from Laindon Station and under 1 mile walk from the nearest bus stop.

🚻Are there toilets and a shop? 

Yes. Our Langdon Nature Discovery Centre has toilets, a shop and a café serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, ice cream and light lunches.

🐕‍🦺Can we bring a dog? 

Assistance dogs are welcome at our events.
