About the event

Our popular Easter weekend event is back! It's time for an Egg-cellent adventure. Become an eggsplorer as you complete the Easter trail around the nature reserve. When you have completed the trail, join us at the centre to collect your prize! You can also see if Spring has Sprung by taking a wander around the reserve to look for signs of nature. 

Please book tickets in advance. Upon booking you will have the option to purchase a ticket for the below time slots:

Sunday 5 April: 10:00-10:45, 11:00-11:45, 12:00-12:45, 14:00-14:45, 15:00-15:45

Monday 6 April: 10:00-10:45, 11:00-11:45, 12:00-12:45, 14:00-14:45, 15:00-15:45

FAQs

🎫 Who needs a ticket?

All children aged 18 months and over will require a ticket to attend this event. Adults do not require a ticket to attend this event.

📍Where do we meet?

Meet outside the Nature Discovery Centre, which is a short walk from the car park and main entrances.

🥾What should we wear?

Most of our events are fully outdoors, and you need to come dressed for the weather.  We recommend layers (top and bottom), which can get mucky.  Wellies (with thick socks) and waterproofs are a good shout if you have them.  

🌍Where are you based?

We are located near Harold Hill, Collier Row, Romford.

🚗Is there parking?

Yes. We have a large free car park.

🚇Can we get to you on public transport?

No

🚻Are there toilets?

Yes. Our Bedfords Park nature discovery centre has toilets, shop and café serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, ice cream and light lunches.  

🐕‍🦺Can we bring a dog?

Assistance dogs are welcome on our events.
