About the event

At this time of year many birds are on the move.  Some are leaving the UK and heading south to warmer climes for the winter, while others that bred in Arctic regions are arriving to spend the winter here, and some are stopping off briefly to refuel before continuing their journeys further south.  

The Workshop will include a classroom session to look at Bird Migration, some of the species we hope to see and the journeys they make, followed by a short guided walk in search of some of these birds.
