Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the A130 and A12, the site is easily accessible from Chelmsford, Romford, and surrounding areas of Essex. A large free car park is available on arrival, including dedicated disabled parking bays, supporting easy access for all visitors. The single storey building is fully DDA compliant, with accessible toilets and baby changing facilities, making it a fully inclusive and accessible venue.
Meeting room hire
The meeting room is available for both corporate and private hire, supporting a wide variety of uses including meetings, conferences, workshops, presentations, training sessions, and celebrations. The space is flexible and can be adapted for smaller group use or more structured business events, depending on requirements.
The room accommodates up to 30 guests in theatre style or 16 in boardroom layout, making it suitable for both collaborative sessions and formal meetings. It is fully equipped with WiFi, a 75 inch HD LED screen with HDMI connectivity, projector and screen, and presentation materials including flip charts and pens.
Hire is available seven days a week, with flexible options including hourly, half day, and full day bookings between 9am and 5pm, allowing organisations and individuals to book in a way that suits their schedule.
Catering and on site facilities
On site, there is a café offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, toasties, and Tiptree patisserie cakes. Catering can be arranged for meetings and events, and guided walks may also be available on request, offering an additional experience alongside your booking.
