If you wish the duly appointed chair of the meeting to act as your proxy, in your absence, select the first box ‘The chair of the meeting’. Otherwise select the second box and write the name, address and membership number of your proxy, to act in your absence, in block capitals in the box provided. Your proxy must be another paid up member of the Trust eligible to vote at this meeting.
I, being a paid-up member of the Essex Wildlife Trust, hereby appoint

as my proxy to vote for me and on my behalf at the Annual General Meeting of the Trust to be held on Saturday 23 August 2025 at 10am and at any adjournment thereof.

To receive the Report of the Trustees, and the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
To appoint Moore Kingston Smith LLP as auditors and authorise the Board of Trustees to determine their remuneration.
