About the event

This summer holiday, explore Tiptree Heath through the eyes of an intrepid nature explorer. We'll take a walk through the heathland and woods to see who's who in the reserve. Join us for some bug hunting to see which minibeasts are out and about, and craft your own creature to take home with you too!

🎫 Who needs a ticket?

All children attending require a ticket.

📍Where do we meet? 

At the entrance next to the car park at Tiptree Heath.

🥾What should we wear? 

Our events are fully outdoors, and you need to come dressed for the weather.  We recommend layers (top and bottom), and waterproofs which can get mucky.  Sunhats and sun cream depending on the weather. Paths can get boggy after rain at Tiptree Heath so wellies or boots are highly recommended. 

🚗Is there parking? 

Yes. We have a large free car park.

🚻Are there toilets? 

There are no buildings or toilets on this reserve.

☕Is there a Cafe or shop? 

There are no buildings or toilets on this reserve.

🐕‍🦺Can we bring a dog? 

Assistance dogs are welcome at our events. 

♿Is it accessible? 

Paths are unsurfaced and may become boggy during wetter weather.
