About the event

Step into the reserve after hours for a guided bat walk at Abbotts Hall Nature Reserve. Learn about the fascinating lives of bats and their vital role in our ecosystems, enjoy the rare chance to see these incredible mammals up close, then head out at dusk with bat detectors to discover which species call the reserve home. A unique evening of wildlife discovery for nature lovers of all ages.

This event takes place outdoors and involves walking around the reserve over uneven ground, so please wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear. We recommend bringing a torch and dressing appropriately for the weather.
