We are proud to present the Wilder Essex Award winners of 2023.

At this year's AGM, we announced the winners of the Wilder Essex Awards 2023. Each year, we are astounded by the work that our members, volunteers and supporters do, and these awards recognise those who go above and beyond for nature. 

As a reminder, our fantastic award winners from 2022 were:

  • Wilder Communities Award - Angela Barnes (Urban Wildlife Champion in Weeley)
  • Green Leader Award - Michael Wadham (Big Green Internet Project)
  • Wilder Business Award = Old Park Meadow Natural Burial Ground
  • Ray Marsh Award - George Catchpole (Abbotts Hall)
