A 5km course like no other as you take on a thrilling outdoor challenge packed with obstacles, water and lots of mud. Set in the beautiful Wild Forest, this unforgettable 5km course is designed for adventure, teamwork, and a lot of fun.
Expect a fast paced, action packed experience as you climb, crawl, side, and splash your way through natural and man made obstacles. Whether you are taking part with friends, family, or colleagues, Running Wild is a unique way to get outdoors, get active and support wildlife conservation in Essex.
This isn't just a run, it is a mud-tastic adventure through the forest that tests your stamina, with plenty of laughs, and finishes with a real sense of achievement. No specialist training is needed, just a willingness to have fun and get muddy.
By taking part, you will be helping support the vital conservation work of Essex Wildlife Trust. Protecting local wildlife and natural habitats for future generations.
