About the event

Celebrate National Marine Week with an engaging talk exploring Essex's coastal and marine conservation work. Discover how seagrass is being restored in Essex's estuaries, learn about the beach-nesting birds that depend on our coastline, and hear about the Share Our Shores project and the efforts being made to protect these important habitats and species.

Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available.

Entry is free, and children are welcome. advance booking essential.

The Visitor Centre features step-free access, accessible toilets, and a fully accessible rooftop viewing deck.

Free on-site parking is available, including designated accessible parking bays.

If you cannot make this one, we will be doing this talk on the 5th August at the Naze Nature discovery centre (18.30-19.30).
