Fingringhoe events

As many of our events have limited spaces, we recommend booking in advance to secure your place. We do have any events which do not require booking and will be clearly stated in the event details.

We run a variety of events for all ages and abilities throughout the year. To help you choose the right activity, each event listing will include age recommendations and suitability information. 

Many of our events are outdoors and therefore recommend wearing suitable clothing for the weather and sturdy footwear. If rain is forecast or the ground is muddy, waterproof clothing and wellington boots are recommended. 

Yes. Free parking is available at our eco-friendly living car park, although we welcome a suggested donation of £2 per vehicle to help support our conservation work. Donations can be made in with Nature Discovery Centre. Disabled parking is also available. 

Yes. Fingringhoe Wick Nature Discovery Park has toilet facilities, including a wheelchair accessible toilet with baby changing facilities. Our on-site cafe serves a range of hot and cold drinks, freshly baked cakes, light lunches, snacks, and ice-creams, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.
