Your support helps us to undertake essential work to save vulnerable local species, protect special landscapes, speak out on major environmental issues affecting Essex and inspire the next generation to love nature.

You can make a real difference today. Your gift to wildlife, however big or small, helps to secure a much better future for nature in Essex.

We run 2-3 appeals each year, and this winter we are asking for help to extend our Wrabness nature reserve.

We want to extend one of our most treasured sites, located on the banks of the River Stour, in order to add to the diverse mosaic of habitats that support some of our most rare species.

Wrabness nature reserve, on the banks of the River Stour, is one of Essex Wildlife Trust’s most treasured sites. This winter, we’re raising £30,000 so we can extend this site - a protected safe haven for the species that live there.
