Conveniently located near Romford, Bedfords Park Nature Reserve is easily accessible from surrounding areas across East London and Essex via the A12 and M25 motorway. It is approximately 10–15 minutes from these major routes, making it quick and easy to reach. Nearby towns include Brentwood, Hornchurch, and Upminster.
The site offers on site parking for visitors, including designated accessible spaces, with a large free car park on arrival and dedicated disabled bays to support convenient access for all guests. Despite its proximity to London, the reserve feels secluded and tranquil, offering a natural retreat close to major transport links and urban centres. The single-storey building is fully DDA compliant, with accessible toilets and baby changing facilities, making it a fully inclusive venue.
Meeting room hire
The room space at Bedfords Park is available for hire for a wide range of uses, including corporate events, celebrations, private gatherings, and a variety of professional and community activities. The flexible space is suitable for everything from small group meetings to structured business events.
The room can be arranged in a range of layouts depending on your needs, from boardroom style for focused discussion, to theatre style for larger presentations, classroom style for training sessions and workshops, and standing setups for informal events and networking. AV facilities are available to support presentations and training, including a screen and connectivity for laptops and devices.
Hire is available seven days a week with flexible booking options, including hourly, half day, and full day hire between 9am and 5pm, allowing organisations and individuals to choose a schedule that suits their needs.

On site, the café offers a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, and light refreshments. Catering can also be arranged for meetings and events, and guided walks may be available on request, offering an additional experience alongside your booking.
