The centre is approximately a 10–15 minute walk (around 0.35 miles) from Hornchurch Underground Station on the District line. For those who prefer not to walk, the site is also easily accessible by local bus services from Hornchurch Station, with bus stops located close to the country park entrance and a short, level walk to the venue.

c2c rail services at Upminster Station is also nearby and can be reached via a short bus or taxi journey.

For visitors travelling by car, the centre is conveniently located around 10 minutes from the M25, with straightforward access via the A12 and A127, making it easily reachable from London, Thurrock, Romford, South Essex, and surrounding areas. Free public parking is available nearby, just a short walk from the centre.
