We are proud to announce that Essex Wildlife Trust has moved from being a ‘One to Watch’ organisation to gaining 1 Star accreditation from Best Companies, following feedback surveys from staff around the county.

The b-Heard survey run by Best Companies is an independent workplace engagement survey, that uses a set of 70 academically designed questions where staff members can safely and confidentially respond about workplace engagement. The 1 Star accreditation signifies very good levels of workplace engagement and that an organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously. The Trust is extremely proud to have achieved this success together in just two years. 

Essex Wildlife Trust’s ‘One to Watch’ status led to the Trust being listed as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to work for in 2019.
