About the event

This is a family afternoon session based on forest school ethos which is a child-led, play-based ethos - build shelters, discover wildlife, make natural crafts, enjoy the rope swing and hammock and lots more. Led by a qualified forest school practitioner.

Please note we are unable to have fires at Belfair's Woods due to restrictions posed upon us by Southend Borough Council.

Suitable for all ages. Advance booking essential. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please come suitably dressed for the weather as we will be outside for the whole session. Meet outside the visitor centre on arrive - please ensure you leave enough time for parking we are unable to wait for late arrivals.
